Manager – CSR & Impact Advisory

Role Overview

The Manager – CSR & Impact Advisory will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, managing client engagements, and supporting business development initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a solid understanding of CSR, sustainability, and the development sector.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Research

  • Lead consulting projects with high-quality outputs, ensuring adherence to timelines and NuSocia’s quality standards.
  • Design project methodologies, frameworks, and execution plans tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee primary research activities including survey design, fieldwork planning, and data collection in line with NuSocia’s ethics protocol.
  • Support data analysis, interpretation, and translation of findings into client-focused insights.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and knowledge products.

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Contribute to proposals, concept notes, and client presentations.
  • Engage in outreach with corporates, CSR foundations, and development partners.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, positioning NuSocia as a trusted advisory partner.

Collaboration & Capacity Building

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in research and delivery.
  • Contribute to strengthening NuSocia’s knowledge base and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in consulting, CSR, sustainability, or the development sector.
  • Proven expertise in primary research, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Strong project management and client engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams, with high attention to detail and ethical standards.
